Which AI models power the agents in Aura?
That's your decision. UiPath's LLM Gateway lets your organization route agent calls to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Mistral, or your own private models — and change that choice without rewriting a single agent. Aura uses whatever your tenant is configured with.
Where does my organization's data go when I talk to an agent
Conversations, attachments, and agent reasoning happen inside your UiPath tenant, in your chosen region. UiPath's AI Trust Layer governs every model call — including which models are allowed, what data they see, and how long traces are retained.
Can agents actually do things, or do they just answer?
Both. Aura's agents are agentic — they reason, plan, and call into UiPath Orchestrator, Maestro, Action Center, Data Fabric, and Integration Service to execute real work. When human judgment is required (a high-value approval, a regulated decision), they route the question to the right person and wait.
Can I use Aura without signing in?
Yes — anyone can open Aura and chat with the public "Ask UiPath" agent without an account. Your organization's agents, data, and approvals require corporate single sign-on. (Per Apple App Store guideline 5.1.1(i), public functionality is always available without an account.)
Which devices are supported?
Aura is available natively on iOS 15+ (iPhone and iPad), with Android in development. The same agentic AI experience is also available in your browser as part of the UiPath platform for desktop users.
