Aura is the mobile companion to your AI workforce. Your data lives where it already lives — inside your organization's Aura workspace. This page is the short, plain-language version of how we handle that data.

At a glance
Aura connects to your organization's Aura workspace. Your chat content, tasks and workflow data stay inside that workspace.
We process the minimum needed to sign you in, show your work, and deliver notifications.
Aura's AI services power agent responses. The same protections that apply on the web apply in the mobile app.
We don't sell your data. We don't use your business content to train models.
What we process
When you use Aura, the following information is processed:
Account & identity — your name, email and Aura user ID, drawn from your sign-in.
Workspace context — the Aura organization and workspace URL you connect to, plus your roles and folder access.
Conversations — chat messages you send to agents, replies you receive, and any attachments you share.
Voice input — when you use voice, your recording is transcribed to text; the text is what Aura processes.
Operational data — the tasks, workflows, cases and alerts that Aura shows you (read from your workspace in real time).
Device & diagnostics — device type, OS version, app version, and crash/error reports so we can keep Aura reliable.
Push tokens — used only to deliver notifications you've opted into.
Why we process it
To sign you in and connect Aura to the correct workspace.
To show your work — agents, tasks, cases, alerts — exactly as your permissions allow.
To deliver agent responses via Aura's AI services.
Voice input — when you use voice, your recording is transcribed to text; the text is what Aura processes.
To send notifications you've enabled.
Device & diagnostics — device type, OS version, app version, and crash/error reports so we can keep Aura reliable.
To keep Aura reliable — diagnose crashes, improve performance, prevent abuse.
AI services
When you chat, attach images, or use voice input, Aura sends that content to Aura's AI services to generate responses. This includes:
Your chat messages and questions
Images you attach
Voice recordings (transcribed to text)
Your Aura account identity (name, email)
Aura's AI services may be powered by third-party model providers, governed by our contracts with those providers. Your business content is not used to train models.
Practical tip: as with any AI assistant, don't share confidential or personal data you wouldn't want processed by an AI service — even when the service is enterprise-grade and bound by your Aura contract.
Sharing & sub-processors
Aura shares your data only with:
Your Aura workspace — that's where the work happens.
Aura's AI services and their sub-processors, under our contractual protections
Push notification providers (Apple Push Notification service for iOS; Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android) — only the minimum payload needed to deliver the notification.
Crash & diagnostics providers — to keep the app stable.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
Where it's stored
Your business data — chats, tasks, workflows, cases — lives in your Aura workspace in the region your organization selected. Aura does not maintain a parallel store of your workspace data. On your phone, Aura caches what's needed for a fast experience (recent conversations, the items currently visible); signing out clears that cache.
Retention & deletion
Workspace data follows your organization's retention settings. Local app data is cleared when you sign out or uninstall Aura. Diagnostic data is retained for a limited period for operational purposes.
Can I act on tasks for another user?
Aura is a secure window into your Aura workspace — your conversations, tasks and workflow data stay inside your workspace. For full details, see our Privacy page.
Status & known issues
If something feels broken across the board, check our status page first — it'll tell you whether there's a platform-wide incident affecting agents, automations, or tasks.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Because Aura processes data on behalf of your organization, requests are routed through your organization's Aura administrator.
Children
Aura is an enterprise product. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under the age required by your local law to consent on their own.
Changes to this notice
We may update this summary as Aura evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by your organization's Aura administrator.
